We accept EXCHANGES only, up to 7 days after delivery, in the case of damages or defects in the jewelry due to shipping and handling.
The merchandise must be safely packaged and shipped, shipping is the buyers responsibility, we are not responsible for the items until we receive it.
We will then send your replacement piece once we receive the return. Please note any new item orders as an exchange will not be shipped until we receive and approve the exchange.
